Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to agree to these terms and truthful about your identity and age. Minors may not use PulseMatch.
User content
You remain responsible for content you upload or transmit and must have the right to share it. You grant PulseMatch the limited permissions needed to host, display, moderate and deliver content through the service.
Prohibited conduct
Child exploitation, grooming, nudity prohibited by policy, non-consensual intimate content, trafficking, harassment, stalking, threats, hate, scams, spam, impersonation, illegal goods and disclosure of another person's private information are forbidden.
Payments
Digital subscriptions, coins and gifts in the Google Play version use Google Play Billing. Prices and renewal terms appear before purchase. Virtual items have no cash value except creator earnings expressly eligible for withdrawal under applicable PulseMatch rules.
Moderation
PulseMatch may remove content, limit features, terminate live streams, suspend or ban accounts, preserve evidence and make legally required reports to protect users and enforce these terms.
Deletion
Request deletion from Safety & privacy in the app or through the public deletion resource. Limited records may be retained for legal, financial, security and fraud-prevention reasons.
