Effective 14 July 2026. PulseMatch is an adults-only dating and social discovery service. This policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, secure, retain and delete information.
Information we process
We process account identifiers and authentication details; profile details including date of birth, gender, interests, education, occupation, relationship goals and approximate location; photos, videos and verification selfies; optional contact numbers; messages, reactions, calls and live-stream activity; reports and blocks; device notification tokens and diagnostics; and subscription, purchase and payout records.
Purposes
We use information to authenticate accounts, operate discovery and matching, deliver communications and notifications, verify profiles, provide paid and live features, moderate content, prevent fraud and abuse, process transactions, provide support and comply with law.
Service providers
PulseMatch uses providers including Supabase for authentication, databases, storage and realtime services; Firebase for push messaging; LiveKit for calls and live media; Google Play for Android purchases; and approved regional payment providers. We do not sell personal information.
Contact numbers
Optional contact numbers are stored separately from public profiles. They are not included in ordinary profile or Discovery responses. They may be requested only by an authenticated Premium member when the profile is visible and neither user has blocked the other.
Security and retention
We use encrypted transport, database access controls, server-side purchase verification and audit records. Data is retained while accounts are active and as reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, disputes, financial recordkeeping and legal obligations.
Your rights and choices
Users can edit or hide profiles, hide activity, manage notifications, block users, request an export and request deletion in the app. An external deletion pathway is available on our account deletion page.
