PulseMatch is strictly for adults aged 18 and older. A minor may not create an account, appear as a dating participant, join dating live interactions or use another person's account.
Zero tolerance for CSAE
PulseMatch prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, sexualization of minors, trafficking, solicitation and links or instructions facilitating such harm.
Reporting mechanisms
Users can report profiles, messages, comments and live streams in the app, including an underage-safety reason. Concerns can also be emailed to the child-safety contact below. Immediate danger must be reported to local emergency services.
Our response
PulseMatch may immediately remove content, terminate live sessions, preserve relevant evidence, suspend or permanently ban accounts and report apparent CSAM or child exploitation to appropriate authorities as required by applicable law.
Compliance
PulseMatch cooperates with valid legal processes and complies with applicable child-protection and reporting laws.
